Since after independence
Pakistan has never been able to get out of education crisis. Due to economic
crisis supported by the fact that no government has yet been able to formulate
and implement the right educational policy, the situation gets worst day by
day. According to Pakistan economic survey 2017-2018 the literacy rate of Pakistan
is 58 percent which is very low as compared to other countries. Moreover it has
declined from 60% to 58%.It is absolutely an alarming situation for the country .
Right now Pakistan has to take some initiatives to boost up education sector by formulating some strong policies. All educational institutions whether government, private, profitable, non-profitable or online must work upon some serious transparent policies. Working patterns must be allotted to all these institutions with strong accountability system that can keep a check and balance on the progress. If we are ever able to create a corruption free system, we will be able to keep the track of whole performance .It will provide us an insight of our deficiencies on which we need to work upon. The day we are able to overcome the shortcomings, our country will be able to come out of these economic and educational crisis. It will ultimately lead our country towards speedy development.
